Learn to develop and build K-2 number sense flexibility, and fluency through the use of calendar and daily math routines. This workshop is designed to teach K-2 teachers and administrators how to teach and reinforce students’ math skills and number sense through daily calendar-based activities. Participants will learn how to actively engage students to recognize and solve patterns, reinforce place value, analyze data and teach fact strategies. Calendar and Daily Math Routines will be modeled in traditional methods and through the use of technology.
