    Let’s take a lead from Daniel and show real leadership. It should come from people of all generations. Together, we can prove that the tacit approval for tormenting of gays is no longer in place. All it takes for cruelty to thrive is for decent people to turn a blind eye. Sadly, gay teens are at least four times more likely to take their lives than their straight counterparts. And that has been the case since the 1960s. To be sure, teen suicide is tragic regardless of one’s sexual orientation. I
