‘Safe Routes’ lure kids to walk, bike to school

I think that parents are generally in favor of their kids exercising and riding their bikes as often as possible. The big problem is the concern about potential child abduction that is always in the back of our minds when our children are out of our sight. We prefer a more controlled exercise environment like after school sports etc.
