PERA retiree cuts challenged in court

The retired members were overpowered by a coalition of lawyer-lobbyists; we certainly were not outsmarted.
Does Senate Bill 10-001 apply to all PERA members or just those of us in the Education Division? What is the status of other retirees? Are their benefits getting cut, too?
There are some minor differences among the divisions, but for the most part the changes in SB 1 apply to all members, and the retiree cuts are across the board.
If this lawsuit is successful, will put PERA in danger of insolvency?
